Shipping & Returns

Plushes are shipped out within a week of completion, typically within the next two business days. They are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

However, I am not responsible for the plush once it has been shipped. You are responsible to give me a correct address (if you move, I need to be notified before the plush is sent). I take no responsibility for lost packages, damages during transit, or plushes sent to the wrong address. Once it is out of my hands, it is out of my hands. No exceptions.
