You are welcome to ask for quotes on customs at any time, but they may expire after a reasonable amount of time has passed. To request a quote, please send a clear, non-shaded reference if you are asking about an OC. If the character is canon/easily found on Google Images, there is no need to send a reference. Please also specify what size you want your plush.

While I do my best to make sure seams never come undone, my plushies are intended for display and light cuddling. I need to be informed in advance if you plan to cuddle yours frequently so I can reinforce the stitches to withstand it. This may come with a small additional charge.

*Rush orders: If you need your plush done by a certain date, make sure I know ahead of time. I refuse to make anything due within 30 days (might make an exception for smaller plushes). Do not send payment until I confirm I can finish in time.
Rush orders may instill an additional charge.

All plushes are to be paid in full upfront. I do not accept payment plans.

Please be sure you can commit before ordering, as I do not accept cancellations. I order materials and add you to my schedule as soon as the order comes in. If you absolutely must cancel, as I understand emergencies do come up, the cost of materials and fees will not be refunded.
